I tried to make paella this week but I epicly failed. It ended up looking more like a risotto than anything else and though the taste wasn't that horrible it still wasn't very good. I won't even bother typing up the recipe as you shouldn't try it.
Ah well, I learned a valuable lesson, only eat paella in a spanish restaurant!
