Week 7: Pasta with zucchini and salmon

Start of by cutting one medium sized zucchini into small cubes‚ do the same with two tomatoes. Fry the zucchini in some butter with two cloves of garlic. When they start to become soft add the tomatoes‚ 200 ml of cream‚ a bit of basil and some salt and pepper. Let simmer for a while until the sauce has almost reduced enough. Add around 200 grams of smoked salmon that has been cut into strips. Leave on a low fire for about 5 more minutes‚ add pasta and serve.

Very easy and very delicious!
